There are discs in between out spine that are small and spongy. Its function is to keep our spine flexible. However, it will not do its function well when it’s damaged and this is now called a herniated disc. Let’s see below what causes herniated disc and what can do to treat it.

If your herniated disc is already severe and you have not felt any improvement upon doing the treatments above, you can have another herniated disc treatment which is surgery.
