There are discs in between out spine that are small and spongy. Its function is to keep our spine flexible. However, it will not do its function well when it’s damaged and this is now called a herniated disc. Let’s see below what causes herniated disc and what can do to treat it.

Elder people are usually the ones that suffer from herniated disc. This is because they have long been   using those discs causing it to get dry. This is one of the causes of herniated discs. If your herniated disc is already severe and you have not felt any improvement upon doing the treatments above, you can have another herniated disc treatment which is surgery.
