Did you know that you can consume green tea for weight loss? The Western world is now starting to recognize all the benefits of green tea including weight loss and a healthier body. So, how do you consume green tea properly so you can lose weight?

If you do not like the taste of hot tea prepared the traditional way, you can always invest in good green tea capsules or pills. You will be able to get all the goodness of tea without the hassle. No need to boil water or make any preparations.  There are various brands of green tea capsules available today so make it a point to choose the best one.

If you want to have tea prepared the traditional way, you can brew a cup of hot tea with all the goodness. Use green tea leaves when you brew green tea. Be sure that you also use clean water. Heat the water but make it a point not to get the water too hot.  Pour the heated water over the green tea leaves while using a strainer. If you think this takes a lot of time, you can just buy green tea bags.

Aside from green tea leaves, capsules or tea bags, there are also green tea powder available.  Just add the green tea powder to hot water or cold water, whichever you prefer. You can add sugar or not, depending on how you want the taste to be.
