I have been a fitness trainer for over ten years now and I have helped a lot of people to lose weight and be more fit. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing someone who was so physically unfit change right before your very eyes into someone who could strut their stuff in the beach without feeling embarrassed. A lot of the guys and gals that I have helped would often comeback to me and thank me personally for the change that I have helped made to happen in their lives.

Now one of the most frequent question that I get from the guys training under is, what are the best fat burning foods ? I have been asked that often enough so I figured that I am going to write something about that and it would explain to people the certain needs that their bodies have when they are trying to lose weight.

1. Eggs are heavy with protein and can therefore help you in burning fat. Don not worry about eating too much of it.

2.Beans are portrayed as a culprit when it comes to gastrointestinal problems but it is rich in protein, fiber, and iron, all of which are highly valuable to the body, so you can go ahead and eat all that you want.

3. A bowl of oatmeal a day can help keep the fat away. Rich in fiber, oatmeal can help lower the level of cholesterol in the body. While it may not be that tasty it sure is healthy.

I would really not recommend using those capsules for slimming, but of you want to give it a try I suggest that you check those slimming capsule ingredients first. You can also consult your doctor to make sure that the capsule that you want to try does not have contain any ingredient that might prove harmful for your body.
